I am certified in yin yoga with both Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers, whose approaches combine yoga, breath work, mindfulness, comparative anatomy, and meridian therapy.  I am also a Reiki teacher, and completed a clinical fellowship in Reiki at the George Washington Center for Integrative Medicine, where I treated patients, medical students, and hospital staff.
