12:30 - 2:00 Yoga for Physical Endurance, Strength and Peaceful Presence for advanced beginners and intermediate students
Wednesdays @ my home in Belle Haven
11:00 - 12:30 Deep and Gentle Yoga for Peaceful Presence, Strength, Balance and Flexibility (in more ways than one)
All class content is directed toward individual needs with an emphasis on meeting ourselves on the mat with patience and acceptance.
I am available for private 1:1 or semi-private sessions throughout the week and weekends. Feel free to inquire!
Fees: Group classes $15 per session when you purchase a set of 4 or more classes; drop-in $20
Private sessions begin at $80 hourly-$120 depending upon location (my home or yours) If for any reason you wish to discuss an adjustment to the fee, contact me directly and we will surely work out a reasonable rate. It is my intention to offer classes that everyone can find a way to afford. (bartering is always possible!)

Longevity and Yogic Practices
Brain Longevity Therapy is a program developed by the Alzheimer’s Research
and Prevention Foundation. It is a 4 pillar approach to maintaining a healthy
body and brain. We surely cannot reverse certain diagnoses, but there is a
great deal we can do to maintain optimal brain function and prevent
degenerative disease. You won’t want to miss this.
Saturday, Nov. 17—10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. “Letting
someone will say, “Just let it go!” But sometimes, doesn’t it feel like “IT”
has a hold on you? You can learn what it means to
let go, stop clinging, and find relief from recurring thoughts, distractions,
and haunting ideas. You will learn techniques to improve your sleep, relationships, and mental health through
easy, everyday yogic practices.
Saturday, Dec. 15—10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. A
Day of Inner Reflection
Explore the chakras, and observe yourself through a yogic lens. With
neuroscience as a complementary partner, learn new ways to interpret physical
and emotional feelings, interpersonal relationships, and spirituality.
Linda’s home in Belle Haven. Directions will be given to those registered
before the class.
What to wear and bring: Wear loose clothes and bring a new journal
